Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Looking for a shop to O-Ring?

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to go in the NJ, NY, or PA area for a shop that would o-ring a head and do studs. I would like to do the head work and have them use my SPS 62 in a set of twins and was looking for a shop recommended on here. I've tried calling one in PA 3 times and haven't received a call back yet. Thanks in advance for any input.
