Looking for a Turbo Diesel Mechanic in Memphis, TN area

Is there a Turbo Diesel Mechanic in my area? My 2001 Ram has a Edge Juice with Attitude on it and my Dodge Dealer seems reluctant to work on my truck because of it. My truck was featured in the TDR Register almost 3 years ago because, unfortunately, it went into the water at a boat ramp. All the bugs have been worked out of it except the heater blend door does not work. The Heater and AC is either all or nothing. Also, the cruise control surges too radically to use. Finally, the transmission temperature on the Edge Juice with Attitude display shows between 20 and 50 degrees, and I know that's not right. I was told by an independent mechanic that the Blend Door issue was a vacuum issue, and he replaced a couple vacuum lines. That didn't help. He said to repair the cruise control the truck's computer would have to be reprogrammed by a dealer. The dealer said my computer was fine and charged me $144.00. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The transmission temperature on the edge should have a separate sensor somewhere on the trans or teed in a cooler line. Maybe unplug it and check for corrosion in the plug and if none possibly you have a bad sending unit. See what the display reads with the sensor unplugged.
The other 2 issues could be related as they are both vacuum operated. Look at the vacuum lines for a break or rough looking area. Possibly plug the line that would go into operate the dash/blend doors and see if that helps the cruise. Hope this helps, not exactly helping you find a mechanic though.
