Looking for a Used DRV Mobile Suites

Looking to upgrade our 5th wheel. We are thinking about getting a used mobile suites. Looking to stay under 40' or as close to that as possible. Currently the 38TKSB3 has our interest. What are some of the issues we need to look out for, common problems, and what is a good year to look at?

Around 2012 they had the Schwintek slide system in the bedroom area. It has two metal horizontal strips mounted to each end of the slide. Unless someone has FIXED the bad system stay away!!!

try artic fox 32-5 it is 36 i belevied.no lippert frame made in usa.
