Competition Looking for adapter u-joint,1410 to 1480

I am looking for an adapter u-joint that goes from 1410 to 1480 series. I did a D80 conversion on my 02 for pulling and had a new 1 piece rear shaft made with 1480. But I had my stocker shortened and since I had a 1480 yoke on the diff I want to put an adapter joint on the stock shaft for a spare so I don't have to swap the pinion yoke back to use it. The 1480 Weld yoke for the size shaft on the stocker is over 300 bucks so doing that for a spare is out of the question. I called Randys and they don't have that size adapter joint.



I thought I read that some are running them but can't find them after searching here. Can someone give me some other contacts or know where I can get 1.

Well after over a dozen calls to every type of shop I could think of for specialty parts I find that Nobody has ever made this joint.



I figured that it would be in demand with the amount of people that do the 1480 yoke conversions. It would save time and money for many.

Just have the end cut off your driveshaft and have them put the right end on it.
