Well I have a feeling that my clutch is on it's last leg so I'm looking for a replacement. Unfortunately money is an issue and I don't think I can afford a big expense. My truck is only lightly BOMBed and I don't plan on going much farther... the most I plan to do is add a set of DDII's or BD Stage 2's to it which ought to put me somewhere around the 320hp range.

What is out there as a decent replacement? I've looked at South Bend but I have a feeling that may be out of my price range, unless Santa wants to bring that to me for Christmas. I don't really know of anything else out there except for an OE replacement. Suggestions?

Thanks,

Brian,

We also carry stock clutches as well. We are not only a performance clutch company. We are a clutch company for everything that has a clutch from agricultural to industrial and passenger cars to semis. Feel free to call us, we will do what it takes to get you into the proper clutch that will match your pocket book.

Well looks like it's true... you do learn something new every day. I was mistaken that South Bend only had performance stuff and not the less expensive replacements. I will be calling soon to see how much I'm going to have to fork out.

Thanks ya'll.

Brian,

I have SB's "Rally"clutch in my truck, its just up fron stock, and I really like it. Right now I'm pushing its limits @375+ or - hp but its still holding. Give Peter a call, he'll take the time to talk with you and get you what you need.
