looking for fan/shroud for 2003-HELP

A few years ago prior to some modifications and towing lighter loads, I pulled all my stock fan,shroud,and clutch items and replaced with a set of electrics. At the time I was on my second fan clutch and was not into replacing them every year. Fast forward to 2011- I full time RV and pull 18,000lbs and have made a few "upgrades". My electrics no longer keep up when pulling long grades when pulling my RV. Seems the only solution is going back to stock. I have a couple weeks to find a stock shroud and fan set up. I can and will put a new clutch on it prior to install so I dont care abut condition of clutch. I have searched locally here in florida where I currently am, but no find. Can someone please let me know of a source or if one of you guys/gals have what I am looking for please let me know.

Can I make one from a 02 work on my 03 ???? bear in mind I have limited fabrication tools with me.

02 is a different body style and different shape rad than 03. You will need one from an 03 or Early 04 as the 04. 5 and up mounts to the engine and not the rad. Shadrach

not for a diesel, that listing only shows gas motors 03-08.

found a fan,shroud and clutch set up. $365. 00 Yikes !
Now do I trust the used clutch or get a new one. Or do I put a new bearing in the used one i am getting ??? Any connections or anything I need to pay close attention too ?
When the electrics were installed I was still in business, so i had one of my guys put it on, not even sure of how the stock set up goes on.

Well what they sent me was broken and wrong. Now I fight for my money back and they say no way will I get my shipped refunded. Never and I mean NEVER buy anything form quality auto parts .com #@$%!

I decided to call Steve White Motors, when I was in business I ordered parts from them, sure enough- they got it all together and for a little more money then used, I have all new parts coming.

Now does anyone have a assembly drawing I can print out of exactly how it is supposed to go together ? My crappy manual for an 03 only shows the gas version.

The 2003 Factory Service Manual shows a schematic of the fan shroud on page 7-41, Figure 38. If someone has a digital copy of the FSM, they can e-mail a copy to you. I have the paper version.
