Please do not turn this into a war. I am just trying to do some homework for a future upgrade. I had planned to have my truck converted to a 6 speed, but after seeing a 3 year unlimited mile warranty Suncoast offers I am re-thinking my decision. I just want to know from Suncoast owners how they like there purchase. I have already talked to DTT and read about ATS. I just have not seen a whole lot on Suncoast. Being I run a ton of miles (150-200k a year) that warranty is very tempting.

Thanks, Karl

personally, I don't own a Suncoast. But I have many friends that use them and they have nothing but good to say about them (either the single disc TC or the Tripple-disc TC). Plus, I've been in contact with the folks at Suncoast to put on an event. They sound real nice.

Suncoast

I have 35,000 miles on my Suncoast and it has been flawless.

It is as tight as the day they installed it. I have no reason to think that it won't go the 150 - 200,000 mentioned, in fact I'm counting on mine to last as long as the engine!

The Suncoast people are fine folks with quality products and a solid warranty to show confidence in their engineering and strong, solid components.

Only thing is, the other transmission builders are said to have excellent products and have a good reputation also, so I'm wondering why they don't offer three year unconditional warranties as well.

I'm running one. I bought it used. So far, pretty good--I'm just NOT an auto driver.

I think I have an issue with it right now, but I'm going to talk to Sun Coast before I air it out here.

I have had one for about 15K miles now and love it. Jeff Garmon recommended them to me and as far as I know that is the TC (the single disk) he is running in all his race trucks. You can't beat the 3yr unlimited mileage warranty and they are great folks to deal with.
