Ditto on what bob said. I sell and build custom aircraft ducts and sell some turbo hose. My manufacturer could only build red elbows since thats the color of aircraft hose. I could buy the silicone elbows from them at about $50. 00 each. I had to commit to a large # and also had to pay a tooling fee of 1800. 00 I decided to stay out of the intercooler hose business. I have thought about building my own mandrel and building up my own elbows. But my silicone source charges $50. 00 per yard for uncured with a 25 yard min. This stuff has a shelf life of 6 months. Buy Bobs... .
