Looking for ideas (pictures) for flat bed.

My 95 was hit while parked and according to the insurance company it is totaled. #@$%! Of course they don't want to pay squat. #@$%! #@$%! Enough about that. I'm entertaining the idea of building a flat bed. I use this truck in my electrical contracting business so the right bed could be helpful. If you have ideas for accessories, pictures, or links to pictures of flat beds it would be most appreciated.

Here's mine

I know its the wrong year truck but I really like this bed. The rear has a standard reciever hitch mounting area and the recess in the center is for the 5th wheel hitch. Both locations have safety chain rings and electrical plugs for the trailers.

Price a custom bed. Then price all the steel and don't forget to figure your labor into it. When I did my home work. I came within half the price in just steel alone towards the cost of the bed you see on my truck now. I was working a steel fab shop at that time also. So I got steel a little over the company cost.

heres a couple pics of the 11' bed that came on my truck, i love the tray at the front with the lockable box that was added on, i do want a couple 3 or 4 foot under bed boxes for general tools and crap

i didn't like the built on hitch so i bolted a boxed receiver to the bottom of the bumper part

i drilled the receiver and welded some steel tubes to run the bolts though and bolted it on with 6 3/4 grade 8 bolts, i figure id rip the bed off before the hitch came off, and i can always put big loads on the stock ball mount

I have a Bradford Built, Washington, Kansas I love the design! It's the work bed. I got it from Accu track in Los Lunas, NM for $1899! I couldn't have bought the steel for that... .
