I just bought a B-1 witha hx40 exhaust housing and was looking for as much information on it as possible. I think it might be too big because it runs hot. It gets hotter faster than with my old hybrid. Im thinking I need more fuel? If it helps I dynoed 352hp and 758lbs with the old turbo.

Thanks

Kroner

Not sure. I never really looked hard at it but I do know that every number on it is ground off and B-1 bomber is stamped into the top of the compressor.

I would think you should be able to spool it fine.

I have a friend with a B-1-2 (quicker spool than your bomber) and he is only running a #11 with 370's and 4K's and it spools great. I think its making like 48psi here at 5,000' altitude.

You might call Ken at TAD or HTT and see if they can convert your bomber into a quicker spooling B-1-2.

Also, 352hp is a little low for 370's, no plate and GSK's. You may have something wrong??

I dynoed at scheids and came up with 339hp and 884tq. I was going to have my timing checked and fuel pressure but didnt have time. Does anyone know of a good shop up in Muncie?
