I read on a forum, www.e-tire.com, I thinkthat was it. Most of the 4wheelers on here like the good years or bfg all terrrain. Hope I helped, mine is 2wd. I am gonna get an extra pair of wheels and some bfg mud terrains for hunting season. lol

I had a set of Dunlop Mud Terrains and loved them. Really a good tire. I just bought Big-O's... don't think you have them in MD, but they make a good tire, too. Many people run BFG's which are an excellent tire for all 4wd applications, but kind of pricey. I guess I don't know anyone that likes Goodyears in my small corner of the world, but maybe they can work well, too. My 2 cents... I gotta save the rest.

My $. 02.
BFG's and Goodyear's are great tires, but are very spendy and overpriced IMO.

For the dollar value I've been happy with Dunlop and Dayton. I had some older style Coopers and I hated them. The newer Cooper AT's look like a descent tread pattern and a few of my friends have them and really like them (so far). I had Kelly tires and hated them as well. Currently running Michelen and I'm satisified with 'em (they are spendy too, but I got a great deal on some take offs).

My next set due to come sometime this summer (I have to get these darn 245/75's off the truck, way too small) will most likely be Dunlops again, but I'm still looking. I would like to try a set of Goodyear ATS's but I don't think I want to spend that much money.

Whatever you do try to buy at least a load D tire and an E if you do much towing or carry a lot of weight in the back often (slide in).
