Hi,
Just checking to see if anyone has come across a switch that fits the slots between the two seat heater switches on the lower dash. I have just added
front and back Buckstop bumpers and need spots for 2 switches for lights. If not, any suggestions on where to mount the additional switches brand of switches
did you use? I have just started my search and came across the Rough Country which look clean.

Thanks,

Perry

Perry while I do not have an 05 so I cant say for sure but take a look at rockerswitchpros.com . They have the switch bodies, the actuators and the mount panels if you need them. The Carling switches are very nice. You can get the actuator customized to be what you want it to be. The switches can have no lamps, an independent lamp a dependent lamp or both. They have drawings of all they stuff so you can get specific dimensions and will know if they will fit in your space.
I have a 17 with a center console and wanted to add some switches but with the center console places are limited so the below thread shows what I did more for you to see the switches than my application as it doesn't apply to your situation mine have both dependent and independent lamps so that the legend lights up and the bar at the bottom lights up when turned on but you can get one or the other or none as well

Perry, I have an 05, and it you look at the overhead console, to the back of it is a center "slot" like area that might make a great place for switches-----just an idea!

In my 03 I had the Genos console extension and modified the rectangle spot closet to the driver and installed 4 rocker switches in there. I ran the wires ( a 7 wire trailer cord) along the upper console towards the back and then down down to the floor and under the floor console and up under the dash to a bank of relay and circuit breakers.

I bought the switch-pros 8100 a couple weeks ago - that is a sophisticated todays solution for switches, relays and fuses.

Check it out.
