Looking to install BHAF on 610

I see there is a sensor in the air box, is that a temp sensor? Do you think a guy just move that to the pipe right behind the filter if a BHAF is installed? Also where can you get a big prefilter for that filter, and does it do a good job of keeping the moisture away from the filter?

the sensor is a temp sensor and baro pressure sensor, mine is just attached with one screw to the battery tray... no problems yet. i will someday make an adapter to plumb it into the intake system, but until then, it will sit where it is.
