Looking to move to a newer rig

I am considering upgrading trucks. I don't have one in particular I'm looking at, but am wanting some info about what to look for as far as any problem areas, etc. I am looking to get a 3500 QC Dually 4x4 with the 6 speed. I would say I will get an 03. I'm going to put this flatbed on it

I'll start

Ball joints on 4x4, bought my truck used and they're okay but many have had issues with them, also injector failure somehow, again not me but did some reading when i changed from a 1st gen to my current truck, i LOOOVVE this thing, i used to love that rattle from my old dozen valver too, but the other day a 2nd gen was next to me at the light and i caught myself thinking, MY GOD THAT'S LOUD, and i had two of them for years. Maybe i'm getting old.

I would say that any of the 3rd Gens would be a great buy. i wouldn't limit myself to just the 03's. All of them had slight issues, but overall, as a whole they seem to be very good trucks. Brakes, power, and mileage have been pretty good as a whole to the 03-07 5. 9's. Scotty
