loose U bolts on rear axle

While I was under the truck the other day I thought I would check the rear axle U bolts. I had re torqued them a year ago.

To my surprise one of the nuts were finger tight and all the others were loose.

Does any one know of a stronger U bolt that I could use to replace the stock one's I have now?
