Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I was going to a pull and disconnected the comp to remount it. As soon as I unhooked it the truck would excellerate but once the RPM's rose a bit the truck as really sluggish. Pluged the comp back in and everything was fine, but the engine light was still on. Hooked up to the seld, truck was pulling awesome then at 3/4 track it started to dog out. It kept pulling but was like the pedal was only 1/2 way down. It did set a code 1916 or somthing like that, said it was injection pump failure. But why does it still run strong other times. Oh and the engine light has since gone out. Any help would be appreciated.
