i have a 97 2500 4x4 w/ 35" tires. van haisley in indiana installed

a rv fuel plate and adjusted the fuel timing. man this thing rocked.

the problem i have is, when i floored it before, it would peg my thirty pound boost guage. now when i floor it im lucky to get 25lbs.

my rpm's have dropped to 2400 wide open. i had to oblong the holes on

the tps to cure the limp mode i was having. i thought this may be the

problem because i had to really rotate the tps to get a 1. 2 volt reading. i wondered if the tps was stopping the throttle travel. after haisley did the work, i also installed a bd pressure lock. i'm not sure if this to may have something to do with it. i have about 3/4 to an inch of cable play on the throttle cable. i put a set of hemostats on the cable end play at the pump and drove. no improvement. van is a very busy man and does excellent and im trying

to sort this out without bothering him. if this sounds like it is somehow related to him, i will set up an appointment with him so he

can look at it. all this has happened in the course of 3 months.

i do get smoke of idle and load, but something is stopping my throttle

travel, or it may be internal.
