In the last couple of weeks on two separate occasions I've had momentary power losses where the truck drops from 2k rpm to 1k rpm and coughs and chokes for a second or two and then recovers. Both times were with the 6k# travel trailer. The second time was just as I was cresting Teton Summit (10% grade) and pushing it hard. I was nowhere near any of the backdown settings on my Juice. The first time I was barely pushing it on a dirt road in the backcountry.

Any ideas? Tell me this isn't an injector problem!

Thanks for the help.

Thats exactly how mine acts when the fuel filter starts to plug up. The TST seems to make the problem more evident so now I carry a spare filter. Heck, one time I had to change it at my campsite. These trucks are so easy to work on that the hardest part was emptying the two beer bottles to hold the filter contents.

Mine is acting simulary but it does it in 3rd gear and acclerating hard empty. When I had the oil and filters changed last time I ordered two of the stock filters instead of one and the 2 micron filter that is between the stock filter and the CP3. I had the Dealer in Rock Springs, WY check it and they could not get any codes or get it to stumble. I have ordered a filter and will get it changed.
