Folks, countless hours researching, and now need to crowdsource support: I feel like I have my situation zeroed in on maybe 3 components that might need replacing to solve my problem... If the 3 components were low cost, I'd just replace them all... but that's not a good option given that's a $2.5k endeavor.

Would very much appreciate yall's guidance on my problem and resolution theories:

Vehicle Updates /Current Status
1) 2014 Ram 2500, Cummins, 4x4, short bed, 140k miles (30k of that is with either a horse trailer @17k lbs or my 5th wheel at 16k lbs), balance of miles are on the road dry.
2) BD screamer turbo (replaced at 120k miles)
3) BD exhaust manifold (replaced at 120k)
4) S&B Air intake (replaced at 120k)
5) NOX 1 sensor replaced (replaced at 135k)
6) EGR cooler, bypass valve and egr valve cleaned (135k)
6.1) Both MAPs replaced (intake horn and cold air), and intake temp sensor

The fun updated:
7) EBC slotted /drilled rotors and orange stuff pads
8) Synergy drag link, tie rod and ends
9) SuspensionMaxx end links
10) Transferflow 37g tanks sitting under the retrax pro bed cover
11) Yukon rear end (blew out the old one dragging a Massy out of the mud)

Issue at hand:

As of late, last 1k miles, I have intermittent power problems. Some days I start it up and it runs like a bat out of hell (only torque management limiting the system). Some days, I start it up (no immediate clue that its one of those days) and while in and around town its fine, but if I stomp on it -nothing, just a slow easy acceleration. No codes -I have a reader... but no codes.

More details on the 'bad days':
1) It will go, but it will not set you back in your seat kind of go.
2) Say I am running 55mph and need to pass someone -I can floor it, all the way down, and nothing. No downshift, just easy acceleration to desired speed. Turbo spools up and provide boost -but not max pressure (~28psi), more like ~22psi (normal days, you can stomp on it and max pressure, downshift and hold on). The issue with this one is when I am pulling and getting on the highway -stays in 6th gear and I'll eventually get to 75mph, but I cannot pull out in front of anyone (dry or loaded). No matter what I do with the pedal, half or all the way down, it just slowly moves along.
3) To test the bad day vs. good day -another observation: running ~55mph -flat roads, bad day boost is at 3-5psi, good day (same roads) 0 psi. Fuel Econ reacts negatively on bad days.
4) Don't really notice any rough ideal or things like that.

Theories:
1) Sticking EGR or EGR bypass valve -good possibilities, but I turn my own wrenches and they are clean -I mean clean. Last clean the cooler, bypass and valve sat in purple power for 1.5 days. Could something be in there, sure, but looking for this groups feedback before I just go and replace either -given their new at ~$8-900 each.
2) Throttle body -my least area of knowledge
3) Throttle position sensor -again, this electronics stuff... Just don't know.

Or something that I am not thinking of.

Based upon the expense of the upgrades -I am seeking to drive this to 300k miles or more. So I don't mind the investment, just want to make sure I am replacing the right thing!

Thanks for all who take the time to read this long note and to those who consider a response.

For those that might be searching -I ended up replacing the MAP sensor (on the intake horn) and the MAF sensor. So far so good... Power is back, boost is proper, etc.

The current MAP and MAF were only on for ~15 -20k miles, but the MAP was dirty as hell and after reading on the function of the MAF and how sensitive it is (I recalled that when I had the S&B intake installed, the installer had the gasket half in the intake tube, bouncing against the MAF sensor -of course, as soon as I got home I figured it out and fixed it -but assume that its so sensitive that it might have thrown it off a bit).

either way, happy if this sticks -especially for $130 from Genos...

Is your filter element oiled or dry?
Dry -and unfortunately, it did it again today so the MAP and MAF were not the source. Today, at low speed -35mph -a jerk in the drivetrain (like a sensor sent the wrong info and the truck dropped power for a split second). From there, back to the low power -running like a dog. Back to searching.

good news, and bad news... no CEL triggered, but did plug up my scan tool to look for pending codes -and boom, P020C. Cylinder 3 injection timing. as if 2020 couldn't get any better. $2k for just the injectors -any one with experience? Assume this fits the bill to the sluggish performance -boost and nothing happening... guess if you loose one cylinder we have no gogo juice. sucks.
