Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) loss of power on 2000 sport

im having a problem with my truck my map senser went out so i replace that then the elec fuel pump and then the alternator i have no power when i start the truck up in the morings and after work i have to sit for a minute then push the pedal down then go any ideas what it might be
