Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Loss of Power?

I am experiencing a loss of power in my 97 3/4 ton 4x4. I have replaced the fuel filter, I'm not noticing any hard starts or smoke. Seems to run fine other than the power loss. Any ideas?

How is the boost???? Check the boots on the inter cooler.
