Lost Center Cap

OK, having a very hard time finding a correct center cap. I don't mind paying the extra $ for factory genuine part, but when I go to the Mopar website that seems to be legitimate, the part number on the inside of my cap, which is 0472 6368AA brings up a completely different center cap on the website. WTH? I don't understand. Should I try Rock Auto or something? Nothing on Ebay that looked right. Centercaps.com doesn't have them in stock. Maybe they are delaminating a lot? I suspect related to last tire rotation but how can you prove anything like that. Just had it done right before the Ram logo was lost but what can you do? Maybe they are just kind of fragile.

are you missing a cap and you are showing a picture of a good one or is that the cap that fell off?

that is also one of the disappointing things on the Ram.. some of the trim is the cheapest grade they could get away with and it is almost guaranteed it will break or fall off as in the chrome look dually wheel covers... just so cheap they break the lock tabs when you hammer them on, and eventually you lose them..

first pic is one of the 3 that DIDN'T fall off, next is the one that fell off, then I pulled off the rest of it and showed both sides. It is shockingly cheaply made and it looks like it will be $55ish to replace. I bet it costs them a few bucks each to buy from the Chinese factory. I mean it lasted 10 years which is probably what they engineer everything for now. Disappointing. Daughters '97 4runner still has the original plastic caps. I refinished them for her and now they will probably go another 280,000 miles without any broken tabs...

I bet they don't cost Ram 10 cents each.. it cost more to ship them to the USA than it did to blow mold them.

and you are correct, my daughters Nissan you could run the plastic humb caps over with the car and it wouldn't hurt them, meanwhile every wheel cover that came on my Ram was broken just by being removed and installed a couple times.
