Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
This time the cruise control is dead too. Last time if you turned on the cruise the OD would work. I'm getting the P0700 code. My dealer replaced the harness and PCM last time.
It may be my sorry dealer, but this 03 model has been a major pain. Everything needs at least three dealer visits. Something is always breaking and leaving the truck without A/C, Cruise, Power Windows, etc. My 98 only had two dealer visits, both were minor.
I'm glad its broken while running empty, loosing OD with a trailer far from home would really suck.
