Lost odometer

I was on a trip the last few days and noticed my odometer was no longer working, regular odometer and trip odometer. I also noticed later that the fuel mileage average was no longer working on the overhead. Any thoughts on this? I can use my GPS on trips, but I'm wondering if this is a sign of coming electrical (computer) problems down the road. I was 262 miles into my run and have the total miles so I can keep up with total miles like that but I'd like to have it on the odometer. Again, any thoughts?

I'm thinking cluster...which probably feeds data to the overhead..

Send a PM to bob4X4 or sag2.

Mike.

Cluster issue is probably the answer. Ne wone and it should read all the info from the ECU. A used will need programming to reset it to the current values in the existing one.

I'm fairly sure I'll have to get this fixed, if you have the same mileage on a commercial inspection two years in a row it won't pass according to a guy at our yard. His truck didn't pass because of this same issue.
