Can not operate windows, lock works but not the windows

Check the wiring between door and door jam, the wires are notorious for breaking. A buddy of mine just had to replace the harness for the same issue.

^^^What he said....wires in the black rubber loom that runs between the pillar(s) and door harness are subject to wire fatigue and breakage.

That or the master control switch has dirty contacts and/or broken solder joints.

The master switch in the driver’s door is a known problem. The solder joints break over time and the contacts get dirty. There are some videos on YouTube showing how to take the switch apart and resolder the board.
