2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission loud clicking from rear end

My 2000 2500 4x4 started making a loud clicking noise towards or at the rearend? I thought maybe u- joint? but thought i would ask you guys.

U-joints are where I would start. Just curious does your rig have the anti-spin diff?

i dont know if it has the anti spin or not.
