Yes, I do and when going from rev. or forward to park. I have seen where a lot of this is from the release of the brakes also when you take your foot off the pedal, there is a good portion of the noise from them releasing.



Something I do is to go into the neutral position from rev. or forward and then from neutral I go to park. No more noise when I do this as it will unload the drive train pretty much. You look at the size of the driveshaft under these Gotes' and that could resonate lots of extra noise from being all torqued up between the transmission and the brakes.
 
I have not experienced this... 1546 miles

Yup both the last two dodges I had the clunk into park. I have got so use to shifting into neutral first then into park I do it on every car i drive. The worst was from Reverse to park.
