Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Low boost

Can anyone shead light on this issue? My boost has always been a high of 30 with a TST powermax. Recently I had a turbo hose clamp break so I replace it and now I can only achieve around 18 boost and very high Exhaust heat, up to 1300 and low power. I think I have a leak but can't seem to locate it. I have check all hoses and replace all the turbo clamps. It sounds somewhat louder under full throatle like maybe there is still a leak. Are there other parts I should be checking for air leaks?

Check the hose below oil filter where it runs by the A/C pressure sensor. Mine was rubbing there. Mike

The hoses that hook to the intercooler can also get holes rubbed through them... . check there too. Are you sure that you have all the boots installed properly... . its kinda hard to see them sometimes, but I missed a boot sliding out from under the hose clamp once. If these don't help... . pm me & I'll explain how to make a homemade leak detector.
