Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) low boost

found two problems one wastegate pop off too low and outside bolts on banks high ram leaking found an easy way to check both first to check for boost leak goto home depot and get 4" rubber cap put it over turbo inlet then pull wastegate hose at turbo and attach 10-15 psi and listen or use water around fittings. to fix the wastegate opening early i just added air to the actuator and the the # at which it starts to open is your boost# too make it higher u make the rod shorter worked great
