Ok, so I have to adjust my idle up and was looking at the low idle screw. Is the top supposed to be rounded like mine is? (see picture) I though it was just a hex bolt. Please excuse the blury picture as it is hard enough to get hands down there let alone a camera and also snap the picture. Also, I am curious about my overflow valve and wanted to check it. On a few posts it mentions to pinch the return fuel line to see if you idle increases, where exactly is that? Thanks for any reply.

I cant tell much from the pic but thats no surprise as I cant hardly see the dang thing to work on it either. The idle screw is a bolt with the head up to the throttle arm and its somewhat rounded. There is a lock nut that needs loosened first, its 10mm. Use a flashlight and use your left hand to open the throttle and you can see down there ok and see what needs done. The overflow valve bleeds off excess fuel pressur back to the tank and if it is bad you will have low power especially when hauling a load. A fuel pressure gauge is very handy for checking this. When mine went bad I had 6lbs pressure at full throttle and should have 20-25

The return line starts at the front of the pump by the grill . Follow the line back and you will see which rubber hose it is. I think its the smaller diameter hose which would make sence.

My idle screw was worn pretty well also.....

You might as well get a new one from an injection shop for a few bucks and replace it when adjusting idle speed.
