Attention: TDR Forum Junkies After putting 3 K on my OCT 02 Built 03 3500 and hearing a
low pitch about 1000 cycles or so whine when building boost and then
lifting or just random times of high boost and thinking it was "normal"I had the Trans cooler
line recall done and when I got it back the Low pitch whine was there ALL the time... Back it went and all the joints in the BOOSTED
air were checked and re torqued. a leak was found in the boost tube on the output of the inter cooler. Now NO low pitch whine
no matter what condition so this noise must be leaks in the plumbing of the Turbo.
