Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I am posting this for a friend who is having problems with his 99 3/4 ton... It is an all stock truck used mainly for transportation and hauling light to moderatly loaded trailers... About a yr ago he started noticing the truck had less power and his fuel mileage was dropping... Since then he has had all fluids and filters replaced as well as having the lift pump and injection pump tested and replaced... The truck is a 5 spd and the clutch is still holding fine so its not a slippage problem... I suggested looking at basic things like the IAT sensor. . checking boost hoses and boots. . making sure the fan clutch isnt staying engauged and so on... I wanted to post on here to see if anyone else has or has had a similar problem and what that problem turned out to be... Any help would be greatly appreciated as we want to avoid having to go down to cummins and paying for shop time to have them give it the once over and such... Thanks in advance
