Seems like a low vacuum alarm would be better than having low vacuum light up the brake & abs lights.

A master cylinder failure also lights up the brake & abs lights.

Anyone ever rewired the low vacuum switch to a buzzer or it's own light?

geez, thanks, i didn`t know there was a low vacuum warning light! i have black electrical tape on my dash window so that it blocks the annoying brake and abs lights, i have tried everything (i thought) to get those lights to go out but now i know whats wrong cause the little line that goes in the dash to operate the heater controls have fallen down on the exhast manifold and got burned off. i guess the vacuum is escaping there and causing the lights to stay on , hum
