Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Lower boost, higher EGTs

I was driving my truck yesterday and noticed that the gauges weren't reading what the usually do. Boost was around 3 lbs and egts were at around 700. This was driving at 60. It usually runs around 5 lbs and 600 degrees. Also, I can't get over 12 lbs of boost at WOT, and egts are climbing faster than usual. When I drove the truck on Thursday, it seemed normal. Any ideas?

You probably have a boost leak. Check all the rubber intercooler boots for cuts or loose clamps.
