Lowering seats for head room?

Hello. One of my regular gripes with my new '19 is slamming my head on the low ceiling surrounding the sun roof.

Can we lower the seats and inch or two to alleviate this? This should help see the traffic lights without ducking as well.

I am only 6-1. Tall people must really hate this issue.

I would have avoided a sunroom, had I realized how much clearance is lost to it...

They are the power seats.

At 6'3-4" that is the second reason why I bought a truck without a sun roof. 1st being DW eyes are sensitive to light. New vehicles all go to my window tint guy to have the front door windows tinted to the max allowed in our home state.

I am just over 6-1 and have a sun roof and I have LOTS of clearance. My seats do have an up and down button. I sure don't need to use the low setting.
