Ditto on the kudos! First of all, to Gitch, MDW, & Pam for putting on another great event, to the vendors for supporting us, to the folks of the Buckhorn RV Resort for being such great hosts, to everyone who came, and to Mr. & Mrs. RdRunner for putting me up again! Everyone was great except the weatherman!

It was a good time, and was nice to get to see everyone again. Hopefully we can get a nice weekend where it does not rain like what has been the case for 2 years now! Oh well, see y'all down the road!

Fellow LSTDR members:

Just wanted to say Vivian and I had a great time and to say thanks to the folks who hosted this rally as well as the vendors.

This was a first-rate get-together and we look forward to helping put on next year's event.

Y'all take care and keep them trucks a smok'in.

Special thanks to our good friends the Willards and Sweeneys, who came all the way from Maryland to attend the rally.

Thanks again, Wiredawgs

Had a Great time, Thanks.

First timer at the event and will attend another. Great meeting and talking to everyone. Nice facility and well put together event. I ain't too worried about a little soot! It was running off the interstate because I could not see past the end of my hood that scared me ;) .

Thanks

Yep, we enjoyed the Rally very much. Thanks to the organizers and vendors. Also thanks to James Northrum for letting me and my wife drive his DTT'ed 48RE... gotta one of those! It was good to see everyone again.

We are still at the Buckhorn Lake RV Resort enjoying the hospitality of the Texas Hill Country. There are two others from the Dallas club still here too. This is an excellent facility for rallies, and hopefully, we can continue to hold them here.

Thanks again everyone for a great time!

Bill

Hey Chace, ya still wanna trade some goodies?? I am going to send you a PM here in a bit, I just got on to check a few things... Talk to ya in a bit! I must agree, the place was very nicely maintained, and nice and quiet. I would like to come out there and spend a few days as well.

-Chris-

Thanks guys. We always have a great time putting this together.

I'd like to thank Mike Watkins(MDW) and his wife Pam for all the help they give me getting this planned and helping with all the last minute items that always seem to pop up. David Cox(Mike's nephew) is always a huge help as well.

The campsite is always top notch. Buckhorn Lake Resort is by far the nicest campsites I have ever been to. www.buckhornlake.com Everything is so well maintained, and the staff is always a pleasure to work with. Those folks do everything in their power to make the rally a success. Even if it's just running a 9V battery down to the barn to get the microphone working right.

I'd also like to give a HUGE thanks to all the vendors that were in attendance.

Kurt Yardley with Mild to Wild Diesel Performance was nice enough to fly in from Arizona to attend the rally this year. He also had a bunch of help from the guys at Mobile Diesel Performance out of San Antonio.

David McLain with E. T. Performance. www.etperformance.cc David has always been a huge supporter of our group. From attending our rallies, to holding a wrench day at his shop in Pasadena. He's done a lot for the LSTDR.

Chace Aldridge with West Texas Turbo Diesel. www.westtexasturbodiesel.com Which, by the way, definitely won the Dirtiest Truck Award. And we weren't even having a competition. :D After all the rain, we all found out it's Graphite, not black like I thought it was.

Kyle Henning and group at Allen Samuels Dodge in Austin. austin.allensamuels.com What can I say, these guys are always at our rally. They bring some great stuff to show and sell, and they always give us some of the nicest door prizes to give away. If you're looking for a new truck or some accessories for the one you already have, give those guys a call. They really are a good bunch.

I also want to thank all the vendors that sent door prizes to give away this year. This year, only a few folks didn't go home with something in their hands. We had two full tables of stuff to give away.

Thanks to everyone that made this year's rally possible. Even with the virtual flood we went through this year, I think everyone had a great time.

Can't wait until next year. It's gonna be HUGE. Trust me on this one.

Thanks to Curtis and MDW...

We had a great time at the Rally. It was the first time we attended, and we will try to attend more in the future.

Thanks to the vendors for so many great door prizes. Our three-year-old says we should buy some DDIIs with the PDR gift certificate. ;)

We would like to thank Curtis, Mike and Pam for their efforts

in putting the event together.

All the vendors for their donations, and everyone who showed up

to make it a great event.

We are looking forward to it next year.

We thank all who put this rally together, had a great time. Too bad it rained so hard Saturday, but still managed to pick up a few things including a towing tailgate. It was great to see all my friends again, met some new ones too, and especially Wiredawg and Viv who spent an entire week showing us around Texas. Will definately be back some time in the future.

We finally got home Wednesday night about 10:30, after leaving the Sweeney's trailer in Knoxville Tennessee with some major problems.

Thanks again to everyone.

Larry

Curtis, Mike, and Pam:

I'm looking forward to the event(s) you have planned for next year.

My thanks also to the vendors who supported the rally.
