Lube oil??

You know when they say you can run other fuels besides #2(straight kero..... etc. ) in an emergency, they say to put 5% lube oil. What is lube oil? Is it engine oil?

Yes, lube oil is motor oil. New oil is recommended, but "clean" used oil works fine.
