Lug Pattern?

Anyone know the lug pattern of a 2004. 5 Dodge 2500 4x4, I believe it's 8x6. 5 and the center hole is 4 5/16, I am ordering Walker Evans for my truck and no one seems to know the pattern. Thanks so much. -Bobby
