Hello,

I got the kit yesterday and installed it today. I just have a couple of questions. Do I grease it initally? If so how much do I put in it (how do I know when to stop)? Also, How do I install the poly bushing on the other end of the bar? I got the old bushing out, but the new one just won't go in. Thanks for the help.

Todd. .

The reason the new poly bushing won't go back in is probably due to you not getting all the old bushing sleeve out. If you look at the bar againg you should see the outer case of the factory bushing stuck inside(meaning when you tried to remove it the rubber bushing didn't have the outer steel sleeve around it). Carefully use a sharp chisel and tap it out. The new poly bushing will slip right in and not cause any more headaches. Once the bar has been reinstalled grease the link(its will squirt out the sides a bit) as you would the entire front end and continue to do so at each service... . Hope this helps you... ... Andy
