Lumbar knob removal ?

I want to remove the back rest seat cover off the drivers seat to reshape the pad a little, anyone have any idea how the round lumbar knob comes off?, it's a 2005, thanks

if i remember right i ended up using pliers to get mine off and then i believe it takes a phillips screwdriver. just be careful as you use the pliers. You will need to twist and pull at the same time.
