Lumbar knobe

I have a 95 club cab and I want to install seat heaters but I need to know how to remove the Lumbar knob on the drivers side back rest, Its a manual type knob.
Does it press on? or is there a clip that holds it on?
The search engine does'nt come up with any thing.

Mine broke and the old piece just pulled out. Yours may be different? bg
