On a recent trip with the camper on and towing my boat with my '99 3500 with a 5 speed manual, I noticed considerable lurching or bucking under power as when reving up before a shift on a steep hill. It seems to do it more in the strongest gear; first, but I have had it do it on hills in higher gears with RPM around 2K. Slowing down and shifting to a lower gear helps as the RPM is higher. Is this high-speed lugging?
