User Name - Customer Names - Update

I have read, with sincere concern and consideration, your posts regarding the use of your last names and your frustration in our ineffective communication, up front, regarding this change.
The TDR's focus, at the moment, is on getting the server's performance back up to an acceptable level (work continues and will continue until we've restored service at the levels offered prior to June 1) and on getting all current TDR subscriber's posting priviledges reinstated. This takes time, and I appreciate your patience with us as we tackle these two priorities.
I respectfully request that you settle back and give us a couple of days to work through the list of issues/questions/concerns which are, no doubt, arising as we continue with the implementation of TDR web site updates. The username issue will be addressed as soon as server performance issues and activations are addressed. I trust that you will understand the priorities that we have had to set due to the limited size of our staff.
To those of you who have offered constructive ideas regarding the site improvements and notes of appreciation for the enhanced features of the site, I offer a most sincere thank you!
