Looking at trying a set. Anyone used MAAP products and what do you think of them? The "challenger" series are $386 + install. The vendor said that the bolts on the truck are very tough to break loose? Claims he has a 700 lb air wrench to whip em? Anyone busted these bolts? Thanks, Doc

I have a set of the polished stainless on my 97. Pretty good. Just thought the step pad could have been a little bigger, but they look good and have held up well.

I got them and love em. I don't get the bolt problem though, they bolt to slots that are in the body already. Their is no bolts to take out at all. It took me about 20 mintues to put both of mine on, nothing to it, all hand tools.

the mopar steps are nice as are the westins and others ,but they are all pricy,. I found a very nice set made by a company called Hunter, polished stainless steel for quad cab 03 2500 delivered to my door in 5 days for less than $ 235. 00,,website :: www.popularlink.com

very easy to install, about 45 minutes or so, no drilling , very sturdy

I've got a set on my '03 as well. I'll try to get a picture up this weekend. So far, they've held up well to my 260 lbs. Got mine for about the same price your being quoted. Install was easy and took approximately 30 minutes.
