Competition Mach 2's E/T - Anyone?

Just wondering, if anyone with the auto and some sort of box has ran 1/8th or 1/4 miles with Mach 2 injectors... ... if so how was your run?



I'm going from Mach 4's down to Mach 2's, to help the over all health of the truck. The 4's are just too big for a non wastegated Kwikspool B1.



Doubt I can get to a 1/4 mile before they close this year, but should be able to hit the 1/8th.

I did a few runs with Mach2's and catcher only. Leaving the line with zero boost yielded runs of 15. 7



Mid 14's would be no problem if the boost was brought up. I have no billet parts

13. 45 here and to chicken to leave with very much boost.

Thanks, was just curious. I'll boost it upto 20psi or so for the launch and go from there. Most likely just be the 1/8th mile tho... ... .

Hey Kat, FWIW, at Diesel Thunder in Spokane I saw a Cummins break a billet output shaft. I do not think all billet shafts are created equal. I wouldn't be leaving with anymore than 20psi of boost if I were you.

I was leaving at 20psi on the cryoed shaft for a couple of years, accidently went to 27psi and snapped it. I'm now worried bout my shaft I'm confident in its builder. If it breaks it breaks... ... ... ... ... this one has been launched on at 20psi a few times, just not much over it because of the track conditions... ... ...

Sorry Snow that I haven't responded sooner. It was Darin (SilverRam) that broke the billet output.

Kat you should be able to run a 13. 30 easy,my buddy has a 99 quad cab short box 4x4 with B1 and mach 4s he ran a 12. 90 at 104 with a stock output shaft and easy 15psi launch. Hes got 400lbs on your truck,and hsi 4s give him about 40 more hp or so.

With mach 3 and a KSB1 i ran 8. 50 lauching with 10lbs. didn't have a RAD. . just installed Mach 4s a full B1 ran 8. 10 84. 50 mph 1. 70 60ft with tire spin
