Does the above pan add to my capacity of my 2005 48re transmission? My

shop manual says 4 qts of Mopar atf+4 for a service fill and the online Mag-Hytec instructions (http://www.mag-hytec.com/Instal_dodge_727d_trans.htm says:

14. Remove the dipstick and add in the new ATF or ("LE" 7500 Monolec Power Fluid for severe and HD applications). The Mag-Hytec 727 -D ( Deep pan) holds 6. 5 qts. of oil. 1. 5 quarts of oil over a stock pan. Fill to full line on dipstick.

The instructions that came in the box from Mag_hytec say:

14. Remove the dipstick and add in the new ATF or ("LE" 7500 Monolec Power Fluid for severe and HD applications). The Mag-Hytec 727 -D ( Deep pan) holds 6. 5 qts. of oil. 1. 5 quarts of oil over a stock pan prior to 1998 % 1/2 quarts over stock 1999 and up. Fill to full line on the factory dipstick.

I'm guessing the % sign is a typo and mabey means a 5??

too late to call Mag-Hytec tonight. I have plenty of the Mopar ATF+4 fluid from wally world but am courious to the actuall amount. If the service manual is correct thats a 2. 5 qt increase... . Just because it holds 6. 5qts do I dump that amount in. I want to increase my capacity a bit but not enough for the double deep pan, unless this one doesnt increase it... . So who has already done this!!?? LMAO

Thanks
