Mag-Hytec-How to get dipstick out!

Intalled a Mag-Hytec rear end cover years ago. Had the fluid changed couple of year ago. Tried to get the dipstick out to check fluid and nothing worked. Anyone had this type of problem and if so, how did you get the dipstick out? Tired everything, even vice-grips.

I worked on one once where I had to use an Allen socket, vice grips and heat. Do not over tighten the dip stick or the drain plug. I also smear a little anti-seize on the threads when installing.
