Magna Mirror update

Talked with M M today and they are starting production in 2 weeks, will start shipping to distributers Nov. 1. they are supplying a similar mirror to DC for the 2003 Ram, base will be slightly different as the door will be similar to the SD Furd.

What do they look like????? I have a price for the old style tri-pod mirrors from mopar4less of $155 and this includes the plates to cover over the electric mirror area.

Rick, go to www.lucerix.com, and click on the X-Mount. This is not exact, but very close.

I wonder if that is a turn signal indicator or just a reflector they show on their X-mount mirror?

HGH, that is a reflector on the X-Mt. mirror. I should know tomorrow what is going to be available on the new Magna Mirror. I know its elect. adj. , a good chance it will be heated, and more.

The Distributor of the mirrors that I'm working with are closed today for Columbus day.
I will get with them tomorrow and give you info. as soon as I get it.

I just talked with one of the Master Dist. for the Magna Mirrors. I am real disappointed with the price he offered us. I think we can do better. The other Dist. won't be back in his office till Wed. I will talk with him then.
The mirrors go into production Oct. 16th, and will be shipped to dist. Oct. 20th. They will be elect. adj. for now. Heated available by the 1st. of the yr. That should give you an idea when they will be available. Was hoping I could do better on these, but I'm still trying. Later.

EZ94, they(MM) were supposed to be installing a pr. on a Dodge Ram today, to see if everything was working ok. Told me they would be in touch with me today and give me a price, I'm still waiting. I'll post as soon as I hear from them.

Talked to Magna Mirror to day. Heated MM's will be avail in about 4 to 6 weeks. They are waiting for the heated glass from Europe and wire harneses from detroit. Called Lucerix and confirmed that they are not shipping heated mirrors, just taking PRE-orders.

I can hardly wait. I've been waiting on the heated version for over a year. I'm on the list but I think I've been on the list forever.
