I have a 00 Sunlite slide-in pop-up and live the the desert. I store the camper inside in the up position, but I wondered if there was anything I should do to keep the canvas soft and pliable in this very dry climate? I have heard that Vinylex is good for this, but I want to see what others are using before I try it. The owners manual just says to use a 'automotive vinyl cleaner', but I want something that will condition as well.

Thanks,

Stay away from anything with silicone in it, like Armor-all. These products may look great but with time will cause cracking.

Keeping closed up or indoors and protected from the sun is the best thing you can do for it.
