The cost of the Fuel Mizer at 3k bucks is too much for most to spend. Obviously most around here have enough mechanical knowledge to make their own biodiesel maker. What materials are needed, anyone ever do it, and any good websites with directions?

thanks

Ebottema, despite your consistent barrage of ridiculous posts that typically trash 3rd gens or anything other than a vehicle with primitive electronics, I'm impressed that you're interested in brewing your own bio. Granted my take is that you are not doing it for your country or the environmental benefits, but rather for yourself due to rising fuel costs. Regardless, the best thing you can do is get on google and type in appleseed processor. You will find a link to a few sites with step by step instructions on how to make one. You basically just need a hot water heater with a working heat element, and can get a kit with all the parts/fittings for a few hundred bucks. b100supply.com may be a good starting place. Good luck.
